Despite receiving nerfs in the Season 5 Reloaded update, the STG44 and Static-HV remain top-tier weapons in Warzone. Raven Software reduced the STG44's maximum damage range from 36 to 32 meters, but it continues to excel due to its strong performance across most ranges, coupled with great mobility and recoil control.
The Static-HV suffered broader nerfs in damage range and multiplier, yet still ranks highly thanks to its impressive fire rate and mobility. Despite slower mobility and reload times, the Pulemyot 762 and RAAL MG remain competitive, especially in long-range engagements. Meanwhile, the Lachmann Shroud dominates in close quarters, though its effectiveness drops sharply beyond 10 meters.
The SOA Subverter also saw an improvement in its max damage range, but the STG44 remains superior in versatility. The FJX Horus and Striker are strong contenders but fall just short of the top spots dominated by the STG44 and Static-HV. Overall, despite the nerfs, these weapons continue to be highly effective in Warzone’s current meta.
