Activision is offering select Call of Duty players a complimentary Season Six Battle Pass in an effort to bring them back to the game, which was released over a year ago.
Some players are receiving emails from the studio containing free Battle Pass codes. These codes can be redeemed in-game, allowing access to the latest rewards at no cost.
Typically, a Battle Pass for Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone costs 1,100 CoD Points, equivalent to £8.39.
How to Check if You’ve Received a Free Battle Pass Code
The free codes are being sent to players who haven’t played the game recently.
If you’re among the lucky ones, look out for an email from Call of Duty with the subject line “Free Battle Pass for you!” Inside, you’ll see a “Claim now” button.
The email states: “Use the code below to redeem your Free Battle Pass and drop into Season 6 to play and unlock the newest content.”
If you’ve moved on from Call of Duty, you might not be interested in the offer, especially if you’ve uninstalled the game due to its large file size. However, you could still share the code with a friend who enjoys playing.
