The Black Ops Tribute event in BO6 reintroduced a fan-favorite weapon, but players feel it's underwhelming compared to its previous iterations. The event, which featured rewards inspired by Treyarch’s past titles, also brought back the elusive John Black Ops skin. One of the standout prizes was the Nail Gun, last seen in Black Ops Cold War. While players were excited to see the weapon return, there’s a key issue.

Despite being a fully automatic secondary weapon, the Nail Gun in BO6 feels underpowered, much like it did in Cold War. It's great for close-quarters combat, but it falls short when it comes to range and bullet velocity, making it ineffective beyond a few meters. This has left many players disappointed, wishing the weapon could deal a bit more damage.

With the upcoming Season 3 Reloaded update, it remains to be seen if Treyarch will make any changes to the Nail Gun, potentially giving it the buff players are hoping for.
